Equipment Repair Service Hourly Rates Standard On-Site Service $80.00/hour 1-hour Minimum Standard Shop Service $50.00/hour Standard Travel Time* $60.00/hour 1-Way Emergency Travel Time*$60.00/hour Roundtrip Parking/Toll reimbursement as applicable (Standard Hours 7am-7pm Mon-Thur) (7am-4pm Fridays, all new calls after noon Fridays = OT) Overtime/Holiday/Weekend On-Site Service $120.00/hour Overtime/Holiday/Weekend Travel Time* $90.00/hour Roundtrip (all hourly rates billed in 15 minute increments) Espresso Training Traditional Machines--Basic 3-hour class, up to 8 students $200.00+Travel* Super-Auto Machines Basic 1-1/2 hour class, up to 8 Students $125.00+Travel* (Prices above for training of basic espresso preparation, milk steaming and drink preparation. Classes may be customized to fit your needs) Consulting Services On-Site Consulting $100.00/hour 2-hour Minimum Travel* for Consulting $40.00/hour *Travel Time calculated from Wernersville PA 19565 All travel over 1.5-hours from Wernersville PA billed for return time into 1.5-hour zone. | Service Call Response Times Service requests called in before 12:00NOON EST: all attempts possible will be made for same day service. Service requests called in after 12:00NOON EST: same day service will be attempted, otherwise, service will be scheduled for the next day. (please note these are our goals for completing requested repairs, these goals are not guaranteed.) |
| Telephone Support Many simple repairs can be done over the phone with the assistance of someone on site. It is currently our policy not to bill for this type of support. |
